Eligibility - All employees who are 18 and older are eligible to begin contributing their own money into the 401(k) Plan immediately. Both pre-tax and Roth (after-tax) contributions can be made. Enrollment can be done at anytime through Principal, not the company.
Employer Safe Harbor Match - Once you have completed 90 days of service, JD Finish Line matches 100% on the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of your payroll deduction. In other words, if you contribute 5% of your pay, JD Finish Line will match 4%.
Vesting - Your own contribution and the employer safe harbor match is 100% vested at all times.
Beneficiary - Please elect a beneficiary through Principal.
